KL City Center

We visited the Petronas Towers at KL City Center. While there, we went to the Petrosains (Science) Kids Discovery Center, played at the splash park, and walked around the shopping area.  We took the Light Rail to get there and the kids loved it. Petronas is the national oil company in Malaysia.
Motorcycle racing is big here in Malaysia. Patrick loves that!

An earthquake simulator! These two cute Malaysian girls were so sweet.  They invited Marin to sit on the simulator with them.  The people here are so warm and welcoming.

The Petronas Towers are massive!  They were built in 1998 and are 88 stories high!          They were designed to symbolize strength and grace using geometric principles typical in Islamic architecture.  Amazing! They used to be the tallest buildings in the world, until 2003 when Taiwan built a bigger one.

The kids had a great time.  Patrick and Marin loved playing in the water, Isabelle loved watching the birds (and trying to feed them) and Anna loved the shopping.
